Azwi Ramavhuya is a South African human rights educator, writer, filmmaker, and founder of Serene Pictures. She self-published “Falling for the Girl in the Mirror”, a self-love guide, at 15 and became a published poet at 16. Her work centres on social justice, accessible education, and ethical storytelling. She has participated in international forums hosted by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, contributing to discussions on youth engagement and human rights education. Through literature and film, she creates narrative-driven projects focused on identity, dignity, and community mobilisation.
