Anyla Kabashi (born 1996 in Prishtina, Kosovo) is a young art historian. She holds a degree in Art History and Communication Sciences from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb and another B.A. in Semiotics from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest.

Project
Anyla Kabashi, together with Renea Begolli, who is also working for the Kyiv Biennial in September and October 2023, is a scholarship holder of the Capacity Building Program for Cultural Managers from Kosovo initiated by the BMKOES. The “Cultural Work Trainee Program Kosovo-Austria 2023” was launched in 2023 on the initiative and with funding from the Austrian Ministry of Culture BMKOES. Since July, a total of 6 cultural workers will have the opportunity to work in 6 selected institutions/projects for the year 2023.
Anyla Kabashi has been selected for a two-month internship at the Kunsthalle Wien where she will have the opportunity to actively participate in the exhibition preparations of this leading art house in the field of contemporary art in Vienna during the particularly intensive autumn months.
